1. General Information

This website provides information on offerings including Spinal Energetics sessions, breathwork, mentorships, events, and retreats. All content is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

2. Eligibility

By using this site or booking a service, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through the provided contact methods or booking links.

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged (e.g., koha offerings).

• Prices are listed in NZD and are subject to change without notice.

• Retreats, mentorships, and group offerings may require a deposit and/or payment plan – full terms will be shared upon application or inquiry.
   

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Private sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a credit. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the session.

• Events & Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the facilitator.

• If Ani Seath cancels a session, event, or retreat for any reason, you will be offered a reschedule, full refund, or credit.
   

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The work offered on this website is somatic and energetic in nature and may involve emotional or physical release. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.

Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you:

• Are pregnant

• Have a heart condition

• Have a history of trauma, mental illness, or other serious health conditions

By booking, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing.
 

6. Scope of Practice

Ani Seath is a qualified practitioner in Spinal Energetics and breathwork. She does not offer diagnosis or treatment for mental health or medical conditions. Clients are encouraged to work alongside appropriate healthcare professionals as needed.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, videos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Ani Seath and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
 

8. Privacy

Any personal information shared through this site or during sessions is treated with confidentiality and respect. Information is never sold or shared with third parties. Please see the Privacy Policy for more details.
