Over time, the body can accumulate patterns of tension — often without us realising it. When the nervous system is supported to regulate, the body naturally begins to soften, breath deepens, and new capacity becomes available.
Rather than analysing or revisiting the past, this work meets the body in the present — allowing it to reorganise, settle, and respond with greater flexibility.
As regulation increases, many people notice greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and the ability to meet life with more grounded self-leadership. Not because they are trying harder — but because their system now has more space to choose.

My Approach.
My work is grounded in the understanding that the body and nervous system are constantly adapting — often holding patterns of tension long after they are no longer needed.
My role is to bring a steady, regulated presence while your nervous system leads the process. From this place of safety, the body naturally begins to soften, reorganise, and return toward balance.
Rather than following a rigid technique, I respond to what is happening in real time — guiding attention, breath, and awareness in a way that honours your system’s capacity. The work is paced, relational, and deeply attuned.
This is not about forcing change or breaking anything open. It is about creating the conditions for greater steadiness, flexibility, and self-leadership — so you can meet life with more clarity and ease.
What this Work is.

This work is body-led and nervous system focused. It blends elements of breath awareness, sound, light attuned touch, and guided attention to help shift awareness out of the mind and into sensation.
Rather than revisiting stories or analysing the past, we listen to what’s present in the body. Areas that have been holding tension or protective responses are met with breath and awareness, allowing the nervous system to respond and reorganise.
Sessions can look different for everyone. Some are subtle and quiet. Others involve movement, emotion, or physical release. Nothing is forced or created — responses emerge as the body feels safe enough to complete what it has been holding.

Our Monthly Community Gathering
Sunrise, Breath & Dance is a space to move energy in a joyful, free, and embodied way - however that looks for you. We gather once a month on the beach at sunrise, starting with gentle breath to connect inward. Then the music begins, with silent disco headphones offering three different channels.

I’m trained in bodywork and trauma-informed practices, but I don’t work with the mind in a therapeutic capacity. If you’ve experienced deep trauma, I recommend working alongside a psychologist, counsellor, or holistic therapist.
