This policy applies to all services, products, courses, sessions, or events purchased via the www.aniseath.com website (the “Site”) or directly from Ani Seath (the “Services”).
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booked session or appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you cancel within the 24‑hour window or miss the session entirely, that session will be considered “used” and will typically not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling with sufficient notice may be accommodated, subject to availability.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund (full or partial) under the following conditions:

If a Service (e.g. workshop, course module, digital product) is cancelled by Ani Seath, you will be offered a full refund or a credit toward future Services.

If you experience technical issues or other impediments that prevent access to a digital product, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assess your case and may issue a partial refund or replacement access, as appropriate.

For certain ongoing services or subscriptions, refunds may be prorated based on unused portion, at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide your name, purchase details (date, service, transaction ID), and the reason for requesting a refund.

We’ll review your request and respond within 7 business days.
5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method originally used. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exceptions & Non‑Refundable Items
The following are generally not refundable:

Sessions missed without prior cancellation

Services already fully delivered and completed

Digital downloads, recordings, or materials after you have accessed/downloaded them, except where required by law

Discounts, promotions, or bonus items administered at our discretion
7. Discretion & Goodwill
Even if your request does not strictly meet the criteria above, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, credit, or alternative solution in the spirit of maintaining goodwill and trust.

Ani Seath reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on the Site, with the “Last Updated” date reflected above.
